We believe you will love Petloc™, or we will buy it back. Simply return this product to our warehouse at
6 Longfield, Mells, BA113PY, UK
in the original packaging, (not fitted or used) along with the sales receipt within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
This product is guaranteed for one year.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied or believe your Petloc™ product to be faulty, please contact us. We will offer a full refund or exchange. We will send your replacement out postage free.
There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem or lost instructions for example).
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
All goods sold by Petloc™ (Luxe & Wagg LTD) are warranted free from defects for 12 months from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect the Purchaser’s statutory rights. This warranty does not apply to any defect in the Goods arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, accidental damage, negligence by the user or any third party, human or animal, use otherwise than as recommended by the Supplier, failure to follow the Supplier’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the Supplier’s approval.
There are no user serviceable parts in the Petloc product line. Opening the locking device or altering the product will invalidate the warranty.
If the Goods supplied to the Purchaser develop a defect while under warranty, or the Purchaser has any other complaint about the Goods, they should notify the Supplier in writing at the provided address or email address.
If during the period of the warranty the Petloc device should fail due to no fault of the Purchaser, the Supplier will repair or replace the device.
In the unlikely event the Goods supplied are faulty, the Purchaser has up to 30 (thirty) days from receipt to return the Goods to the Supplier for replacement or full refund.
